Job Responsibilities

  • Invoice processing
  • Processing expense requests
  • Credit control
  • Cashbook maintenance
  • Maintaining the company purchase and sales ledgers
  • Bank reconciliation
  • Raising sales invoices
  • Liaising with third-party providers, clients and suppliers
  • Basic administration
  • Updating and maintaining procedural documentation

Skills & Qualifications

Experience with Microsoft software packages (Word, Excel etc.) and evidence that CIMA or ACCA studies are underway.
